Two months ago, I decided to make a change in my morning routine and began setting my alarm an hour earlier every morning so that I could get up and spend 30 minutes practicing yoga before even glancing at my phone.
The only way to connect with your internal guide, that yoga teacher that lives inside of you and can’t wait to get out, is to start a home yoga practice.
Since starting my day with a morning yoga workout, I find myself applying yoga and meditation principles into different daily situations. It has helped me handle what would normally have been a negative situation in a more positive way.
It is so easy to dismiss ‘the small things’ and belittle all the things that you have achieved, by telling yourself someone else will have done better. So here are 4 things that I have achieved over the last 18 weeks that have taken bravery.
My mission is to create workshops, classes and privates that are accessible to all, have a strong foundation in anatomy and alignment, are creative, fun and informative. To encourage people towards a healthier way of being, mentally, physically and spiritually.
