We guarantee the manufacturing of our ‘Courage My Love' range.
Should you find fault with the printing, stitching or manufacturing of our products, return to us so that we can assess the condition. Include your phone number, email and address. So long as the article has been washed and dried as per the guidelines on the label, and worn only for its intended use we will send you a replacement. We recommend using a washing bag and keeping the product away from abrasive materials
Our guarantee holds true for one year, after that any quality issues are usually caused by wear and tear.
... and yes, you can exchange or return
Upon receipt of your purchase, should you find that the size chosen is not quite correct for you, or perhaps you would prefer a different design, then an exchange is just fine within 7 days of receiving your order.
It is important however that the item(s) and any packaging and ticketing which the goods may have come with are in the same condition as when they left the Courage My Love warehouse. It is also important that you have a proof of purchase of the goods, clearly identifying that the goods were purchased from Courage My Love or other retail outlet. You can then simply return to us nominating what size or different design you would like and we will courier the new article to you within 10 working days if the item is in stock, or 20 working days if the item is on backorder. Any refunds issued can take up to 5 business days for the money to appear in your account.
