Courage gave me direction
April 23, 2016I want to be a fit and fun Mum
May 10, 2016My story of courage is not a grand ‘I came back from a feat worse than death’ but rather I work hard at the gym and every time I just start getting to where I want to be I get yet another injury that sets me back. Last year I was just get my upper body weights up and felt great about the way I was shaping up when I tore the tendon in my shoulder. Out went my training and I was close to just giving up when a new trainer started at the gym I go to and he listened to me and worked closely with me to rehab my shoulder and work other areas to ensure that I pushed forward and didn’t quit. Seven months on here I am preparing for the 20weekchallenge! So to anyone else out there who is not sure about joining because of an injury my suggestion is to find a trainer like mine and go for gold!
