Yoga nidra is simply the most impactful yoga I have experienced, not only personally, but in the way it reaffirmed my professional doctoral journey as I explore yoga’s subtle effects on practitioners’ lives.
Two months ago, I decided to make a change in my morning routine and began setting my alarm an hour earlier every morning so that I could get up and spend 30 minutes practicing yoga before even glancing at my phone.

Since starting my day with a morning yoga workout, I find myself applying yoga and meditation principles into different daily situations. It has helped me handle what would normally have been a negative situation in a more positive way.
